Leigha is the Associate Executive Director. Leigha is a graduate of S.C.C.C. with an A.S. in Chemical Dependency Counseling and a graduate of SUNY Empire State College with a B.S in Community and Human Services.  Prior to joining SCRPC, she worked in a not-for-profit agency in Saratoga Springs, NY for the last four years as a substance abuse counselor.  Leigha became part of our team in August 2012.

Mianna’s position is the Executive Assistant Saratoga County RPC. She graduated from F.M.C.C. with an associates degree in ECE. Mianna is currently enrolled for a bachelor’s degree in Sociology through Grand Canyon University’s online campus. Mianna has been apart of our team since 2016.

Jim served in the U.S. Army as a member of the Special Forces. He worked 15 years in the private section after his service in the military and joined SCRPC in October 2006.

Colleen is a graduate from Fulton-Montgomery Community College with an A.A. degree in Human Services. She has worked and volunteered for a number of non-profits and community based entities over the past 12 years. Colleen joined SCRPC in January 2010.

Stan has an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Adirondack Community College. Stan started working for Saratoga Regional Housing Services on 8/1/11 as a Housing Quality Inspector. Stan enjoys working for Section 8 Housing because every day is a new experience.

Terence Clare is an honorably discharged US Army Veteran who attended Hudson Valley Community College and Niagara University.  He is working toward his Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) license having completed the initial 350 hour educational requirement in 2009.  He has been the Case Manager at the Men’s Transitional Facility since 2007.

Karen is a graduate of HVCC with an A.S. in Human Services and went on to graduate from SUNY at    Albany with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Prior to joining SCRPC, she worked for a not-for-profit in Mechanicville as the Family Resource Coordinator. Karen joined SCRPC in April 2014.

Kelly graduated SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Human Services, concentrating in clinical services and substance abuse counseling. Prior to joining Saratoga County RPC she worked as an outpatient chemical dependency counselor. Kelly has been with the agency since November of 2014. She is one of the case managers in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) department.
