Budd is a University of Maryland graduate and served as an officer in the Military Intelligence during the Vietnam conflict. He has had 30 years’ experience in the private sector, including owning and operating two businesses; for the past twelve years Budd has served as the Executive Director for two nonprofit agencies (including SCRPC) Budd joined the organization in April 2008.

Mary has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Economics and Management. She bring over 30 years of business experience to Saratoga County RPC, having worked in the finance areas in the not-for-profit arena for over 15 years and prior to that served as the president of a steel fabricating and erecting corporation in New York State for over a decade. Mary joined the team in March of 2011.

Marta is the Assistant Finance Director. She comes to Saratoga County with 20 years of accounting/auditing experience. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Flagler College with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration. Marta is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. Marta’s responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, cash management, budgeting, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation and analysis, payroll, and interaction with external accountants. Marta joined the team in September 2011.

As Administrative Manager, Marge oversees all areas related to our facilities as well as all purchasing. Marge also coordinates the generous donations we receive from our community and always makes everyone welcomed. Marge has A.A. degree from Hudson Valley Community College and is a Vietnam Era Veteran. After her military services, she worked for the Research Foundation of SUNY for 27 years. Marge joined the staff of SCRPC in May 2006.

Sue works as an Administrative Assistant providing comforting conversation, company history and information on services provided by Saratoga County RPC and our community to all the visitor at our 36 Church Street shelter. Sue graduated from Mount Mary College with a degree in History and English. She has many years of work experience in various fields, including a stint in the NYS Executive Chamber. Prior to her current position, she worked for the Saratoga County Office of the Aging. She joined SCRPC in September 2003.

Jim served in the U.S. Army as a member of the Special Forces. He worked 15 years in the private section after his service in the military and joined SCRPC in October 2006.

Robin has an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and has several years experience in the field of community services, including housing and case management programs. She joined SCRPC in March of 2007 as a Section 8 Assistant and was promoted to her current position November 2008.

Colleen is a graduate from Fulton-Montgomery Community College with an A.A. degree in Human Services. She has worked and volunteered for a number of non-profits and community based entities over the past 12 years. Colleen joined SCRPC in January 2010.

Stan served in the US ARMY 1985-88 as an Armor Crewman on the M1A1 Main Battle Tank in Germany. He has three beautiful daughter’s Sydney, Alexandra, and Lauren. Stan has an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Adirondack Community College. Stan started working for Saratoga Regional Housing Services on 8/1/11 as a Housing Quality Inspector. Stan enjoys working for Section 8 Housing because every day is a new experience.

Don started his employment at SCRPC as a Case Manager in October 2007 and is currently the Director of Vet Help. Don graduated from Elmira College in 1981 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and is currently working on obtaining his M.S Degree at Empire State College. Before becoming employed at SCRPC, he worked for the New York State Department of Correctional Services for 29 years, where he developed and coordinated their Incarcerated Veterans Veteran’s Program. Don served in the United State Army from 1969-71, in which, he served in the Republic of Vietnam from November 1970 until August 1971, as a Combat Medic with the 25th Infantry Division.

Terence Clare is an honorably discharged US Army Veteran who attended Hudson Valley Community College and Niagara University. He is working toward his Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) license having completed the initial 350 hour educational requirement in 2009. He has been the Case Manager at the Men’s Transitional Facility since 2007.

Leslie has a graduate degree from Chadwick University and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. She has worked all over the world and throughout the United States, both as a civilian and as a member of the United States Navy, where she served as a Journalist. Leslie joined SCRPC in April 2004.

Mike holds an Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology and spent four years in the Navy as an Electronic Technician, serving in Beirut and Grenada. Prior to joining SCRPC, he worked for over 20 years in the private sector in the electronics field. Mike was first hired as a part time IT specialist and was promoted to his current position in January 2010. Mike is very involved in the grants management of our HVRP programs.

Jonathan had worked in the private sector for 27 years, including a lengthy tenure in the airline industry, before joining SCRPC. He is a Marine Corp Veteran and became part of our team in October 2010.

Fran is a Vietnam Era Veteran serving in the US Army from 1966 to 1969. He attended Adirondack Community College in Glens Falls and Castleton State College in Vermont. Fran worked for International Paper as a Regional Support Analyst for 30 years. Fran joined Saratoga County RPC in 2003 as an Employment Specialist and am still working part time in that capacity.

William served in the U.S. Navy from 1987-1993. William is currently attending Addiction Care Center of Albany to become a credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor. He is a Saratoga Springs Native. William became part of our team in February 2012.

Leigha is a case manager for the veterans in our transitional homes. Leigha is a graduate of S.C.C.C. with an A.S. in Chemical Dependency Counseling and a graduate of SUNY Empire State College with a B.S in Community and Human Services. Prior to joining SCRPC, she worked in a not-for-profit agency in Saratoga Springs, NY for the last four years as a substance abuse counselor. Leigha became part of our team in August 2012.

Julianne is the 2nd Case Manager for our female transitional home. Julianne comes to us as a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor, CASAC with over 25 years in the Human Service Field. Julianne’s education and experience is in Child and Family development which she gained while working in the Saratoga County Head Start Program for 19 years. Prior to joining the SCRPC team she worked as a Senior Counselor for 5 years in a local community residence that treats adults in recovery. Julianne became part of our team in December 2012
