Leigha is the Associate Executive Director. Leigha is a graduate of S.C.C.C. with an A.S. in Chemical Dependency Counseling and a graduate of SUNY Empire State College with a B.S in Community and Human Services. Prior to joining SCRPC, she worked in a not-for-profit agency in Saratoga Springs, NY for the last four years as a substance abuse counselor. Leigha became part of our team in August 2012.

Heather is a graduate of Franklin University with a BA degree in Accounting. She joined Saratoga County RPC as the Finance Director in June 2016. Heather has 10+ years in finance with private and public corporations. Currently, she is pursuing her Masters’ in Business Administration online through Empire State College.

Mianna’s position is the Executive Assistant Saratoga County RPC. She graduated from F.M.C.C. with an associates degree in ECE. Mianna is currently enrolled for a bachelor’s degree in Sociology through Grand Canyon University’s online campus. Mianna has been apart of our team since 2016.

Colleen joined RPC in January of 2010, having worked for not-for -profit agencies since graduating with High Honors from FMCC in 1996. Colleen became housing director in March of 2014 and has facilitated improvements in the housing department policies and procedures while increasing DHCR and HUD compliance.

Michelle joined RPC in April of 2014 having a background in apartment complexes and is certified in low income housing tax credit compliance. Michelle’s major responsibilities include assisting over 300 families in the housing choice voucher program. Michelle is proud to be both a wife and daughter to members of our nation’s military.

Hailey Cunningham, Housing File Clerk, started in a part time position in January of 2015. She quickly developed into a full time worker for both the Housing Department and the Finance Department. Hailey has become an integral part of the Housing Departments dynamic team, and continues to gain experience in the finance office. Hailey is proud of her many relatives in the Military and her father’s Navy career.

Stan served in the US ARMY 1985-88 as an Armor Crewman on the M1A1 Main Battle Tank in Germany. He has three beautiful daughter’s Sydney, Alexandra, and Lauren. Stan has an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Adirondack Community College. Stan started working for Saratoga Regional Housing Services on 8/1/11 as a Housing Quality Inspector. Stan enjoys working for Section 8 Housing because every day is a new experience.

Jim served in the U.S. Army as a member of the Special Forces. He worked 15 years in the private section after his service in the military and joined SCRPC in October 2006.
Karen is a graduate of HVCC with an A.S. in Human Services and went on to graduate from SUNY at Albany with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Prior to joining SCRPC, she worked for a not-for-profit in Mechanicville as the Family Resource Coordinator. Karen joined SCRPC in April 2014.
SSVF Case Manager
Kelly graduated SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Human Services, concentrating in clinical services and substance abuse counseling. Prior to joining Saratoga County RPC she worked as an outpatient chemical dependency counselor. Kelly has been with the agency since November of 2014. She is one of the case managers in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) department.
SSVF Case Manager
Ashley is currently working on an A.S. in Human Services at SCCC. Ashley is passionate about her work as she has been in the human service field for 7+ years. Prior to joining Saratoga County RPC she worked as a Case Coordinator in a housing program for individuals with mental illness and chemical dependency. Ashley has been part of our team since 2016.

Danielle attended Strayer University for Health Care Administration, and is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University to pursue her degree in Psychology. Danielle has worked for Not-for Profit Mental Health Agencies and has worked in several roles including: Community/Residential Support Specialist, Employment Specialist, Assistant Case Manager, Case Manager and a Home Provider. She joined VetHELP in September 2016 as the Case Manager for Guardian House. In December 2016 she transitioned into her current role as Director of Transitional Housing Program.
Vet House Case Manager
Gordon joined VetHelp as the Case Manager for the Vet House in June 2016. He is a Veteran of the United States Army. Prior to joining VetHelp he was the Director of Independent Living Services for Fellowship Housing Opportunities in Concord New Hampshire. He has his Associates Degree in Applied Science from Hudson Valley Community College. He has over 15 years working in the non profit sector.
Vet Home Case Manager
Graduated from Columbia County Community College with a degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling. He has 20 years experience in the substance abuse field. Positions held: Assistant manager halfway house for 16 men. Outpatient counselor,Inpatient detox & rehab counselor and 10 years experience in a therapeutic community for the NYS Dept. of Corrections. He has had exposure working with veterans and is familiar with some of the issues facing the men and woman returning to the private sector after serving.
